HOW WE SERVE
FEED THE HUNGRY
- Distribute food freely from our food pantry including ethnic foods
- Provide Gift Cards for needy families when food supplies are running low
- Offer holiday assistance to those in need
- Feed street children hot meals
GIVE DRINK TO THE THIRSTY
- Distribute clean drinking water to orphans and street children
- Provide utility assistance for families in need
CLOTHE THE NAKED
- Give away clothing to men, women and children as needed
- Provide new shoes for children
- Provide new undergarments as needed
- Provide diapers for infants through toddlers
- Distribute essential seasonal clothing including socks, coats, gloves, hats scarves and sweaters
SHELTER THE HOMELESS
- Provide rental and mortgage assistance
- Provide assistance for emergency shelter or referral to shelter
- Provide new cribs and car seats for infants
VISIT THE SICK AND DYING
- Offer holy hours and Masses for the prayer intentions of our families and for our donors and benefactors
- Pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy and other prayers while visiting the sick
- Distribute medical supplies and hospital equipment to areas in most need
- Provide prescription assistance for critical medical needs
- Make in-home visits to the sick
- Provide eye exams and glasses for children
VISIT THE IMPRISONED
- Provide mentoring and tutoring for children who are at risk for dropping out of school or gang activity
- Assist people with essential needs who have recently been incarcerated
BURY THE DEAD
- Provide funeral assistance to families in need including burial and tombstone placement
- Offer Mass intentions throughout the year for the deceased
- Provide Divine Mercy Sunday program/conference annually
OTHER WORKS OF MERCY
- Catechize street children and bring them the Good News of Jesus Christ
- Provide assistance for receiving the sacraments such as first communion or confirmation
- Pray with families as they share their stories
- Make and distribute Brown Scapulars and Rosaries
- Have a free lending religious library
